Unfortunately, the immune response is strongly suppressed in cancer patients. Research in the Anderson Laboratory focuses on understanding the pathways and mechanisms that regulate the anti-tumor immune response. Our goal is to identify means by which we can empower our immune system to successfully fight cancer.
